Dr. Bernhard Fassl currently leads the Asthma Health Care Quality Improvement project for the University of Utah. He also has an adjunct appointment at the Division of Public Health where he teaches graduate and undergraduate students about maternal child health. His current international projects include studying the impact of dissemination of a community based newborn care project in 2 districts of Nepal

Dr. Fassl is leading a plan focused on the sustainability of the clinic.  The clinic has made improvements that have broadened the services and quality of the care at the clinic.
