If you are thinking about going to Kumari when allowed be in Good shape.    Here is a note of what to expect.    Rasuwa District is further North but it is still 50 Kilometers to the clinic area.

Its about 50 miles from Katmandu All roads destroyed, no gas, no vehicles….100% of all the houses in the village destroyed….
